Our services
Whatever is going on with your housing, there is a way into it here. Our advice is free, it covers the whole of Scotland, and you can start with a conversation rather than a form.
If your home no longer suits you, you are not on your own
Scotland is in a declared housing emergency. Waiting lists are long, accessible homes are scarce, and the system is genuinely hard to navigate — especially if you are disabled, older, or leaving the Armed Forces. None of that is your fault, and none of it means there is nothing to be done.
We are here to work out what your options actually are: staying put with adaptations, moving somewhere that fits better, buying, renting, sheltered housing, or getting help if you are facing homelessness. One broker, for as long as you need them, at no cost.

What actually happens when you get in touch
Karen, one of our housing options brokers, talks through a real case from the first phone call to the day the keys arrived. If you are wondering whether we are the right people to ask, start here.
What you can expect from us
Real quotes from the anonymous client survey. They change on load only, and only quotes Housing Options Scotland have cleared are shown.
Not sure which of these is you?
That is completely fine, and it is not something you need to work out on your own. Get in touch and we will point you the right way.
In an emergency, please call 999 rather than using our form.
